As a seller, you want to market your home effectively and eloquently, and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price/terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where our team steps in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager. Prior to entering real estate, I am currently serving my country in the United States Army. With 15 years of military service to our country, I am dedicated to take care every client until the job is completed. I embody the basic fundamentals it takes to care of people and most importantly to meet the needs of each client I partner with.
