I want to thank Dr.Milton for assisting me in the purchase of my first home! As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated that Dr. Milton took the time to explain the basics of the homebuying process. His advice was helpful and gave me a better understanding of what to expect when buying a home for the future. However, I often felt a disconnect in communication. At times, it seemed like he didn’t fully understand how to work with younger clients or tailor his approach to someone navigating this process for the first time. I frequently had to ask for clarity or follow up more than I should have on my closing. Milton is an outstanding realtor. Knowledgeable of the market, has excellent relationships with numerous builders in the San Antonio area, provides excellent insight on prevailing market conditions, and negotiation strategies. He was really instrumental and supporting my wife and me given the fact that we were still living in another state.
